1. Diagnosis & Quotation

  • Initial checking/diagnosis is free unless stated otherwise.

  • All repair quotes are estimates based on initial inspection. Final cost may change if additional issues are discovered.

  • No repair work will begin without customer approval.

2. Parts & Warranty

  • Warranty applies only to the parts replaced by AFI Infinity.

  • Warranty does NOT cover: physical damage, liquid damage, overheating, power surge, or user-inflicted issues.

  • Third-party tampering after repair voids the warranty.

  • Used/refurbished parts (if chosen by customer) come with limited warranty.

3. Data & Backup

  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repair.

  • AFI Infinity is not liable for any data loss during diagnosis or repair.

  • Data recovery services are done on a best-effort basis with no guarantee.

4. Device Condition

  • Devices left for repair may be opened, tested with third-party tools, and benchmarked.

  • Pre-existing issues (e.g., corrosion, motherboard damage) may worsen during repair — AFI Infinity is not responsible in such cases.

5. Liquid Damage & Motherboard Repair

  • Success rate is not guaranteed for water-damaged or dead motherboard cases.

  • No warranty for water-damage or short-circuit repairs unless stated.

6. Turnaround Time

  • Most repairs are same-day, but some require longer depending on parts availability or complexity.

  • Delays due to suppliers, shipping, or unforeseen issues are not the shop’s responsibility.

7. Uncollected Devices

  • Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion notice may be disposed, recycled, or used for parts without further notice.

  • AFI Infinity will not be liable for any loss after the holding period.

8. Payments

  • Payment must be made upon collection of the device.

  • No refund for repair services already completed.

9. Liability

  • AFI Infinity is not liable for:

    • Loss of data

    • Additional damage caused by pre-existing faults

    • Accessories left with the device (e.g., cases, chargers, SIM cards)

10. Acceptance

By handing over your device for repair, you agree to all the terms and conditions above.
